This week I have enjoyed finishing off 2 small commissions.

1st is a little group of bunny's in time for easter perhaps for Sharyn.

2nd is the doll face cushion below, along with two others on their way to 3 young girls in Sydney.

I came across their works on flickr & immersed myself in their wonderfully creative world.

They spring from a marvellously creative family

& recycle clothing & fabrics into dreamy household items

& put a unique handmade stamp on all that they do.

I heart Rose & pearl.

I could not resist purchasing this 1949 McCall's pattern from etsy store patternmania
The colours, fabrics & embroidered faces are just what I love.
I have given the bunny a go & not very fond of it all...just doesn't have that vintagey, 1949 authentic look to it.
The next thing i do it with it will be enlarge the packet on the photocopier ala officeworks & make a rather cute poster, I think.
Bunny has been claimed so all is not lost.

I am thrilled to tell you made by jenni goods are being stocked at the Lovely Lark right now! So nice to be amongst Allisons & lots of other wonderful designs.
